1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services provided by Beijing Qiyuanze Technology And Trade Co., Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you certify you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Business Cooperation Models

We provide professional services through the following established frameworks:

  • Project Operation Management: We act as the authorized operator for third-party mobile applications/games, managing global publishing, UA (User Acquisition), and community growth.
  • Technical R&D Services: Contract-based software development where we provide technical architecture, coding, and quality assurance services.
  • Proprietary Product Distribution: Distribution of our self-developed digital products through global platforms like the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, and graphics used in our services are the property of Beijing Qiyuanze Technology And Trade Co., Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Monetization

Our products may include virtual goods, VIP memberships, and subscriptions. All billing is handled through platform-authorized processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

5. Legal Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably through consultation. If a resolution cannot be reached:

  • Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
  • Jurisdiction: Both parties agree that the arbitration award is final and binding.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user or partner found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. Global Compliance

Partners and users are responsible for complying with local regulations in their respective jurisdictions, including but not limited to tax obligations and local content laws.
